Get a Haircut and Get a Real Dog!

Ok, I had those words pop into my head when I was thinking about the grand size and stature of this big boy we met at a spring show 2014 when we were showing our baby puppies. His call name is Brinks, and I think he suits it! It was a really neat experience for both us and our puppy, Ellipsis who had never met a dog of his size before. Ellipsis was somewhere between wanting to pee his pants and being a typical pom - to where he gave Brinks a bat on the nose when he thought he got too close.
Brinks is a Cane Corso and you can meet his owners on their website at: http://www.diavituscanecorso.com . Brinks is also an official dog in the K9 Outreach Program - Therapy Dog (Red Deer SPCA), as well as having completed his Canine Good Neighbor test and many other accomplishments including this years 2014 1st. CKC Canadian Cane Corso Association National Specialty Best of Breed Winner. Very sadly, Brinks has passed away from a very fast and unusually aggressive form of cancer. He will be dearly missed.
